Alkasim works with Growth and Employment in States (GEMS 1) Department for International Development (DFID) funded program in Kano State. He has trained over a hundred Business Membership Organizations (BMOs) in advocacy, planning and organizational management across the country.He is the founder/chairman of Arewa Youth Peace Ambassadors, Youth Movement for Better Nigeria, Northern Nigeria Youth Leadership Forum (NNYLF), Northern Nigerians in Diaspora Youth Coalition (ZUMUNTA), World Youth Movement for Democracy. He is the   President of Akazio Investment and Consult Limited. He is a member of the Nigeria Youth Council; National Association of Nigerian Small Industries, Kano State; Kano State Chamber of Commerce Industries Mines & Agriculture (KACCIMA).He holds a Post-graduate diploma in Management; Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Bayero University Kano, Master in International relation and Diplomacy, Ahmadu Bello university Zaria, Kano; and Certificate in Management in Public Sector from Ecole National D’Administration, Paris, France.

Regional Chairman – South-East

A seasoned professional marketing expert with years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Literature form Ebonyi State University, a Masters Degree in Management at the University of Lagos, and masters in Petroleum Marketing Management from Atlas University, Philadelphia. He was awarded a Certification in Executive Management Development from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at the St. John’s University, Manhattan, New York. He has worked with Emline Nig Limited., South Globe Limited., and Aquitane Oil & Gas Limited. He is currently the CEO of Ceecon and its subsidiaries which he established in 2006. The company has since generated a turnover in excess of $1 billion, consulting for such international companies as Addax and Vitol and engaging with such renowned multinationals as Total, Mobil, Oando, AP, Wabeco. Chima Anyaso is a young man with high ethical standards, innate entrepreneur spirit and is a philanthropist who has established quality and valuable education in the deprived rural areas.

Regional Chairman – South-West

Temitope Runsewe is currently the Managing Director of Dutum Company, a leading construction and engineering firm in Nigeria. Prior to returning to Nigeria, Temitope was an Associate within the Global Commodities Group in JPMorgan Chase, based in London. Temitope graduated with first class honours with a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Richmond American International University in London in 2004. He also graduated with Merit as a Master of Science in Analysis, Design and Management on Information Systems from London School of Economics in 2005. He has also attended several executive programmes at Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School.

He has been actively involved in several community development activities, which include spear-heading free medical treatment campaign to Mpape community in Abuja, organising seminars and trainings for youth through his role as a youth pastor and financing a personal full tuition scholarship scheme he started for university students, which currently has two students benefiting from. Temi also supports the Action-aid sponsor-a-child in Africa programme as a mentor, sponsor and volunteer. He is happily married with children.

Director – Finance and Admin

Mr. Godfrey Ishegbe is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Optig Nig Ltd, a conglomerated company with business interest in Construction, Real Estate, Oil and Gas, Commodities, Manufacturing, Import/Export and Hospitality/Tourism. He is a successful entrepreneur with flair for business incubation and over 8years experience in the business sector.Mr. Ishegbe is a graduate of Marketing from the prestigious Covenant University, Nigeria, West Africa. He has also attended numerous local and offshore training programs including a course on the Management of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) plant and also Luxury Apartment Development Course in United State, China and Malaysia. He has also attended training in Effective project management. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Gas Association, International Leaders Round Table, Generational Voices (GENVOICES) and a multiple Award winner.

Director – Communications

Owomilere holds a B.sc in Management information System from Covenant University, Ogun State, an MBA from Hult International Business School Cambridge Massacheusetts, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). She has a wealth of experience in the IT and banking sector. She is currently an information system administrator at the Federal Mortgage bank of Nigeria. She has managed various projects and is passionate about business development. She volunteered at the Clinton Global initiative’s Regional Hult Prize held in Dubai, U.A.E. Lere is an Executive Member of the Nigerian Young Professionals Forum.


Director – Entrepreneurship

Vivian is the CEO of Vivrich Global, a growing company in the upstream sector of the Oil & Gas industry. She holds a Bsc in Management and an MBA from Roehampton University United Kingdom. She has several years of banking experience with Standard Chartered Bank and has acquired a lot of international certifications in Entrepreneurship Development.

Director – Legal

Seun Ben–Omotehinse who will serve as in house counsel to the organisation was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in December 2010. Since then, he has been actively engaged in the practice of law in expansive areas of law ranging from legal and transactional advisory, dispute resolution, compliance, maritime, energy etc. He has worked on wide spectrum of commercial legal transactions, interface with government departments and other regulatory bodies.

USA Coordinator for NYPF

Okenfe Lebarty most recently worked as the Senior Health Action Associate as part of the field team at Families USA Foundation  based in Washington DC. He worked  with state advocates in the north east region to advance healthcare justice and health equity. Specifically, offering support and resources for the work states advocates are doing to implement and improve the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) and make progress toward other key health policy issues.

Okenfe has a variety of experience working for some of the biggest Non Profit organizations in the U.S  He has worked as a lobbyist, policy advocate,government relations manager and as regional field organizer during the 2008 Presidential campaign for Obama and a delegate to the 2008 Democratic National Convention.

NYPF UK Coordinator

Damy Balogun is the Managing Director of Datoba  Group,  an engineering  and consulting Damy Balogun is the Managing Director of Datoba Group, an engineering and consulting firm with interests in the UK, the USA, and West Africa. Prior to running his business full time, Damy  was  appointed  the  Contractor’s  Responsible  Engineer, for the £150  million electrification turnkey project, as part of the £5 billion railway modernisation project between England and Wales.

Damy  qualified  as  the  youngest  ever  Chartered  Engineer  in  the  UK,  at  the  age  of  24. He obtained a  First  Class  Honours Degree in Electrical  and  Electronics  Engineering, from  the University  of  Greenwich,  London and  a  Master’s Degree  in  General Engineering, from the Open University. Damy is also a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), the Institution of Mechanical Engineering (IMechE), and also volunteers as part of the BLASThrough Foundation, an organisation with the vision to re-integrate ex-convicts and prisoners, back into society.

Director of Programs and Engagement

EldaDavid Kehinde Samuel, resides in Lagos, Nigeria. Elda has three years progressive work experience in the non-profit sector, and earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin in Nigeria. Elda is a Non-Profit Specialist and a Human Capital Development Professional. Elda is a passionate Technology Inclusiveness Enthusiast. Elda is very passionate about advocating for Professional Inclusion for All.

Elda is also the Program Manager/Co-Founder at Team7Project Youth Technology Development Centre that seeks to empower Entrepreneurs through Technology. Team7Project Youth Technology Development Centre is a Social Enterprise with a mandate to empower the Creativity and Dynamism of our target audience (SME’s, Educators, Senior Executives, Marketers, Teenagers, Unemployed Youths and NYSC) using Digital Marketing, E-Business and Information Technology Competence.
